PR0 is fine as long as the page is in Google that means it's getting indexed. If you don't know how to tell if your link is indexed, please don't bother submitting. I get too many requests to check for people all the time. Visit Google's Add URL page to get your links pages indexed. You can check the page on Google to see if it's been indexed by Googling "http://www.yoursite.com/linkspage.html (your URL of the page where my link will be posted). If it isn't on Google it hasn't been indexed. Pages not indexed OR blocked will be deleted and/or not approved. I check them regularly. If your pages haven't been indexed please don't waste my time by applying. Many of the delays in approving links come from having to weed out the bad requests. No sites banned by Google are allowed. Your link pages must be broken into categories with less than 30 links to a page. I prefer being listed on a page where my link will stay, not get rotated off to a secondary page. Pages with one long list of links are given negative points by Google, so it's in your benefit to organize your links. By following these guidelines your links pages will become valuable resources for you and for the link reciprocaters. All my links pages are indexed and spidered regularly.
